CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service. For any no-shows you will be charged 100% of the service. Day-of cancellations will result in a 100% charge of the service. Rescheduling less than 72 hrs will result in a 25% charge of the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it is considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service.
